I have no idea how accurate the portrayals are, but it seems like all the authors were writing stories using their own culture, so I'm hoping that the representations were accurate.

As with any collection of stories, some spoke to me more than others. I did like the overall framing of the drive-in as a place. It allowed for characters from one story to make an appearance in another story, and I enjoy that when it works well and doesn't feel forced.
