The glow-in-the-dark pictures in this book are a cute gimmick, but I was a bit disappointed to tell the truth. To see the glow effect you need to turn off the lights, and then you can't read the story. The text and more of the illustrations (even just the outlines) need to glow too, so we can read it in the dark!
