I was struggling to get into this. The characters were meh, the writing was meh, and the repetitiveness of them talking about the hunt so much was grating. And then I thought some of y'all were being mean about how lazy the worldbuilding is (i.e. it's just a historical fantasy with the names of people groups changed) - BUT ROSARY BEADS??? lmao you can't just call them that! Could have said anything else! prayer beads maybe?

this was a 5 star prediction but I couldn't keep reading after that, bye.
