Refreshing to read a financial book that's anti-capitalist and collapse-aware

This is the only financial book that I've seen that doesn't trust that our way of life will continue as usual. Other books fully trust that the US economy will continue to grow so just put your money in an index fund and ride that wave of money baby! They're all very capitalistic and individualistic.

So it's refreshing to read a financial book that's anti-capitalist and collapse-aware and also talks about the importance of being in community with people. It's great for people who are like me who want to take care of their finances but also think, "the world is so fucked and we're all fucked"
