Loved this. Anyone who uses a health service should read it. Anyone who thinks universal health care should be defunded should be FORCED to read it.
I don’t necessarily recommend the audiobook though. The first couple of words at the beginning of most chapters were missing due to a delay in the recording.
Edited to say that my Bluetooth speaker is at fault, not the audiobook recording. There are no missing words.
